My name is Jeni and I have been a licensed Esthetician since 2016. Waxing is what lead me to school, but I do have joy in giving a pamper session and making a client relaxed when leaving Sphinx. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
Spa treatments are reserved especially for you. I value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 6 hrs prior to appointment time.
Any cancellations with less than 6 hours of notice shall be subjected to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of your scheduled service. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
